ALL utility bills will be mailed on the 1st and due on the 20th.

 

TO SIGN UP OR MAKE AN E-PAYMENT
 
The Village of Wellsville Department of Public Utilities is pleased to be able to continue to offer our customers low cost billing and convenient payment options.  We encourage all customers to take advantage of one of the following options:
 
 
1) - ELECTRONIC (ON-LINE) PAYMENTS

All customers can now securely access their DPU account information online to view and/or print account billing, consumption & payment history; pay bills on-line; and even contact our Billing Office with any questions.   

To begin using this service you will need to contact our office for a temporary password. 585-593-4950. If you decide to stop receiving your utility bill in the mail, please notify us at this time.

Enter your account number (include the decimal point in your account number) and password. When logging in for the first time use your temporary password, you may change your password after your first time.

2) - AUTOMATIC CLEARING HOUSE (ACH) PAYMENTS

You can pay your utility bill automatically. There is no charge for this service.

3) - IN PERSON AT GIANT FOOD MART, STEUBEN TRUST OR AT OUR OFFICE

In the form of check, money order or cash. For those who wish to pay at the office after business hours the night deposit is located outside the front door. Please make checks payable to “DPU” (Department of Public Utilities). 
 
4) - YOU MAY ALSO PAY YOUR BILL USING YOUR BANK'S ON LINE BILL PAYING OPTION
